When we begin working together, we will develop therapeutic goals along with timelines to achieve these goals. We can break these goals into smaller achievable steps using a smart goal system. We will choose your priorities and work through each problem one at a time, continually building upon each one with skills and techniques. My individualized approach includes frequently evaluating and reevaluating progress and goals to ensure that your needs are being met.
